Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device. This site also uses local storage (a similar technology) for the shopping cart. Under EU law (Directive 2002/58/EC, transposed in Romania by Law 506/2004) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.

What this site actually uses

MARBEL LOVES uses only essential storage (shopping cart, remembering your cookie choices, the admin login session) and one functional cookie for your language. We use no advertising or analytics trackers and we never sell data. The list below is the real, current inventory — it is managed from our admin panel, so it always matches what the site actually sets.

How to change or withdraw your consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer of every page. Deleting the ml_consent cookie in your browser brings the banner back as well. We re-ask for consent every 6 months or whenever this policy changes.

Your rights

You have the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). For contact details, see our Privacy Policy.
