1. Who we are

2. Products
Product images and descriptions are illustrative. Each coloring book's content is described on its product page (number of pages, format). Minor color differences may occur between screen display and the printed product.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in RON, with an indicative EUR conversion. Payment methods: cash on delivery (courier) and bank card (Stripe), once activated. Prices include VAT where applicable; any shipping cost is shown before you place the order.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive its ID on the confirmation page. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable or data is incomplete; you will be informed by email or phone and any payment refunded.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped by courier. Estimated delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout or on the product page. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OG 34/2014), you may return an unused product within 14 days of delivery, at your return shipping cost, for a full product refund. Contact us first at [TO BE COMPLETED — email].
7. Intellectual property
All illustrations, characters (Dottie, Marbel) and texts are the property of MARBEL LOVES. Purchased books are for personal use; pages may not be reproduced for resale or redistribution.
8. Disputes
Complaints can be addressed to us first. You may also use the European SOL/ODR platform or ANPC (Romanian consumer protection). Governing law: Romania.
